of all, I realize this page is a little bit shameless.
I have been giving donations a thought for awhile
now, but I figure theres no shame in asking!

Why
should I donate? Believe it or
not, fishdoctor is tough to run. I normally get
1-3 letters asking for help a day, and I try to
answer them within 3 days. It takes time to personally
look up information to help your fish, and also
to write out useful responses to your questions.
My website is unique in this, and for a long time
it was one of the only sites dedicated to diagnosing
fish illness. As far as I am aware, other sites
do not have the free answering service that I
provide. I do it because I love fish and want
to do my best to help them, but it really does
get overwhelming at times, which was why I had
to close it down temporarily.... it was to much
to juggle with school work. I am hoping to keep
it running this year, however.
Who
are you, anyway? Where will our money go to?
I
am a poor broke college student who desperately
needs to pay bills. Any money sent will help me
pay for school. I'm studying to become a veterinarian
(hopefully!) and science text books get costly,
as do lab fees. My school has also recently raised
its tuition, and I'm hard pressed to pay for it.
Also, I cannot deny that earning a few bucks from
my site will help encourage me to make it all
the more better :-)

bit helps me and shows your thanks. Come now,
whats 5 bucks compaired to saving the life of
your $75 discus fish? :0)
